Simplified procedures to get financial assistance from PIPDIC are follows:

·         Application forms have been simplified and being issued

·         Panel of Advocates have been appointed for getting legal opinion for speedy legal clearance

·         Panel of Valuers/Chartered Engineers have been appointed for Valuation of properties to be mortgaged.

·         Exempted in furnishing registered lease deed for work premises in respect of loans upto Rs.25.00 lakhs and instead an un-registered lease deed is accepted .

·         For loans upto Rs.25.00 lakhs the promoter’s contribution has been reduced from 33.33% to 25%.

·         Separate Entrepreneur Guidence Cell has been set up for guiding the entrepreneurs in all respect.

·         Financial assistance under merit loan scheme to Good Borrowers of the Corporation is being extended with concessional rate of interest on fast track basis.

·         Interest rebate for prompt payment increased from 1% to 2%.
