- A copy of the Provisional Registration Certificate obtained
from Director of Industries in the case of SSI / a copy of
acknowledgment from SIA, Ministry of Industry, New Delhi and NOC
from Directorate of Industries in the case of MSI.
- Investigation fees at the following rates to be paid
a)
For SSI 0.25% on the amount applied.
b) For MSI Rs. 1,000/-
for first one lakh of amount applied and for remaining term loan
applied at the rate of 0.25%.
- Three quotations in original each from three different
standard suppliers in respect of the machinery and equipments
applied for loan with detailed specifications (recommended power
for each machine, capacity of each machines etc.) along with
catalogue .
- Selected machinery suppliers' clients list with their
detailed postal address or copy of the letter for having
registered as an approved supplier with financial institutions.
- Prevailing market price of the end products obtained from the
existing manufacturers / dealers or printed price list for the
products.
- Detailed manufacturing process in respect of the products to
be manufactured.
- Statistics regarding demand and supply position of the
products with necessary supported evidence along with tie-up
letters.
- Power feasibility certificate in the case of power intensive
units.
- Copy of Sale deed/agreement/lease deed for land.
- Copy of site and factory plan with machinery layout (2 copies)
- NOC/Clearance from Environment cell for chemical/pollution
causing units.
- Bio-data of the promoters (duly filled in all respects)
- Copy of Project Report.
